
Located on a 70-acre campus near downtown Columbus, Columbus State Community College was founded in 1963 as Columbus Area's Technician's School. It was renamed to Columbus Technical Institute in 1965, and finally to Columbus State Community College in 1987. It now has an additional campus in Liberty Township of Southern Delaware County and nine regional learning centers in Dublin, Gahanna, Westerville, Groveport, Marysville, Grandview, Grove City, Delware, Reynoldsburg, and southwest Columbus.
