SMBH has been working on Higher Education projects since our inception in 1972. We have been involved in literally hundreds of these projects, including new buildings, additions, renovations and investigations. Since the OSFC/OFCC began in 1997, our volume of higher education work has increased. We have worked on nearly $1 billion worth of OFCC projects in the last 10 years.
