Association Memberships
SMBH has corporate membership to some of the most important associations in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction Industry, which extends to our employees. We are registered members with the American Concrete Institute, American Council of Engineering Companies, American Institute of Steel Construction, Builder’s Exchange of Central Ohio, Council of American Structural Engineers, International Concrete Repair Institute, and Structural Engineers of Central Ohio.
Physical Activity Reimbursement (PAR) Program
SMBH reimburses each team member for up to $235 per calendar year. Lots of different kinds of activity qualify, including gym memberships, race registrations, marathons, league sports and teams, and more!
SMBHealth & Wellness Program
