Constructed over 18 months, this 80,000 SF, three-story facility is centered around the sky-lit Culinary Hub. It includes seven teaching and multiple on-display production kitchens, a 400+ seat event center, a 100-seat culinary theatre, a beverage and mixology laboratory, a 20-seat student-run bakery called Blend, a 50-seat student-run restaurant called Degrees, classrooms, support spaces, and even an outdoor classroom fully equipped with outdoor cooking equipment.
