Columbus State Community College purchased 108 acres in Delaware County to establish a second campus north of Columbus. This academic building is the first structure on the new Delaware County campus. The building is two stories, plus a basement occupying 87,000 SF. The basement level houses mechanical rooms and tunnels to adjacent upper levels. The first floor accommodates uses for conferences, admissions offices, a café, classrooms, a data center, a bookstore, and a student learning center. The second-floor reserves space for classrooms, laboratories, and a distance learning center. The entire southern exposure is enclosed by a two-story glass curtain wall which allows ample daylight into the facility.
