The project consisted of a renovation and addition to the existing Hanover College football stadium. A new 27,000 SF, three-story addition that includes new locker rooms, training rooms, and a press box was added to the west side of the existing stadium structure. A new corridor was added through the existing stadium building and under the front bleacher landing to connect the new locker rooms to the playing field. SMBH performed a condition assessment on the existing building. Based on this assessment, deterioration of the north, south, and east exterior brick walls will be documented along with recommended repairs. Repairs also included the deteriorated joints between the precast-concrete bleachers.
