The project is a renovation of an existing building for Middle West Spirits. The improvements removed a portion of the existing roof to install vertical towers that houses equipment for the distillery. The towers are 25, 25, 40 and 50 feet tall. The project also included a new door on the north side, a canopy on the Courtland Avenue side and the renovation of the entrances on the west façade.
