The project involved converting a large fraternity house into an office space. Formerly the Sigma Chi fraternity house, 15 Park Place was the first of three Ohio University buildings to undergo the LEED certification process. The building houses new offices for Education Abroad and International Student and Faculty Services. A new stair/elevator tower was added, and portions of existing bearing walls were removed to increase the size of contiguous spaces.
