The Hancock Hotel is a 99-room boutique hotel on the Marathon Petroleum Company Campus. The hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and Lincoln Street in downtown Findlay, Ohio. It was designed as a destination hotel welcoming local guests and business travelers worldwide. Amenities in the hotel include a restaurant, conference spaces, and meeting space with rooftop access.

The hotel is a 4-story, cold-formed metal framed structure atop a 1-story post-tensioned concrete podium. A drilled deep-pier foundation system supports the building, and the concrete and masonry shaft walls around the stair and elevator shafts resist lateral loads. For convenient guest access, a second-level pedestrian bridge connects the hotel interior with an adjacent parking garage.
