The Hancock Hotel is a 99-room boutique hotel on the Marathon Petroleum Company Campus. The hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and Lincoln Street in downtown Findlay, Ohio. It is intended to be a destination hotel welcoming local guests and business travelers worldwide. Amenities in the hotel include a restaurant, conference spaces, and meeting space with rooftop access.

The hotel is a 4-story, cold-formed metal framed structure atop a 1-story post-tensioned concrete podium. A drilled deep-pier foundation system supports the building, and the concrete and masonry shaft walls around the stair and elevator shafts resist lateral loads. For convenient guest access, a second-level pedestrian bridge connects the hotel interior with an adjacent parking garage.
