The Hancock Hotel is a 99 room boutique hotel located on the Marathon Petroleum Company Campus. The hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and Lincoln Street in downtown Findlay, Ohio. It is intended to be a destination hotel welcoming local guests as well as business travelers from around the world. Amenities in the hotel include a restaurant, conference spaces and meeting space with rooftop access.
The hotel is a 4-story, cold formed metal framed structure atop a 1-story post tensioned concrete podium. The building is supported by a drilled pier deep foundation system and lateral loads are resisted by the concrete and masonry shaft walls around the stair and elevator shafts. A second level pedestrian bridge connects the hotel interior with an adjacent parking garage for convenient guest access.
