This month’s Core Values Award recipient is Design Engineer Eric Althoff! With us for a little over 2 years, we love having Eric in the office. He’s always willing to jump into any project we have to lend his help and expertise. Thanks for all your hard work, Eric!

Director of Marketing and Business Development, Lisa Connelly, was at this year’s SMPS Build Business Conference in Washington, D.C. As always, it was a great time, and we got to take this truly frame-able picture with other Central Ohio firms.

John Smolarski, PE, has officially joined the SMBH team as our newest Project Engineer. He’s a quiet, hard-working guy who is enthusiastic and eager to learn. And while he’s been enjoying the industrial projects he’s worked on so far, he looks forward working on the wide variety of project types that SMBH designs. Welcome, John!
