Grand Openings Galore!
The past few months have seen quite the uptick in grand openings on some of our projects. While we're still waiting for the professional photos of the buildings, we couldn't wait to share photos from some of the opening day celebrations for a few of our projects. Check them out below!
John Carroll University Athletic, Wellness & Event Center (AWE)
University Heights, Ohio
A new, 125,000 SF athletic facility opened in September 2025, featuring a six-lane, 200-meter indoor track, multipurpose courts, varsity locker rooms, training and recovery areas, and exercise science labs to serve the university's athletic, wellness, and community needs. Designed to bring together learning, fitness, and community, the facility will host athletic competitions, academic classes, career days, and other large-scale events.
Columbus Metropolitan Library Marion Franklin Branch
Columbus, Ohio
A 10,000 SF, one-story new build for Columbus Metropolitan Libraries' Marion Franklin Branch featuring two meeting rooms, a conference room, three study rooms, and library space for children, adults, and teens. There are also public computers and a business center for community use, as well as seating areas throughout the library to read and relax. The project's unique structural design includes a canopy over an entry, an elongated canopy over sawtooth windows, a roof monitor to draw in natural light, a cantilevered floor slab, and suspended brick.
Eastland Fairfield NextGen Training Center
Carroll, Ohio
A new 34,068 SF state-of-the-art training facility includes a second high school Welding program, a new Powerline program, three additional classrooms, and space to expand as career fields and industry needs evolve.
