This is a one-story, 20,000 square foot, steel and wood frame facility located in rural Delaware County.  The front entry and foyer utilize heavy-timber roof structures.  It is part of a camp for special needs children operated by the not-for-profit Recreation Unlimited.  The building houses offices, meeting rooms, classrooms and a multi-purpose gymnasium.
