A 398,000 SF mixed-use facility includes a parking garage, retail space, and apartments in downtown Columbus. The project includes a basement, first and second-floor parking garages that house 392 spots, a 2,000 SF leasing office and lobby, 21,500 SF white-box retail space on the first floor, and 12 apartments on the second floor. The parking garage also contains building services and associate rooms to support the apartment and retail building. Floors three through six were built in two phases. The first, southern phase of the apartment building includes 176 apartments and 2,500 SF of resident amenity space, which surrounds two exterior courtyards, including an outdoor pool.
