Constructed over the course of 18 months, this 80,000-square foot, three-story facility is centered around the sky-lit Culinary Hub, and includes seven teaching and multiple on-display production kitchens, 400+ seat event center, 100-seat culinary theatre, a beverage and mixology laboratory, a 20-seat student run bakery called Blend, a 50-seat student run restaurant called Degrees, classrooms, support spaces, and even an outdoor classroom fully equipped with outdoor cooking equipment.
